1 General Provisions

6 Gaming Rules

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting 7v7v7 support. Please withdraw any eligible remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus balances may not be withdrawable.

9 Limitation of Liability

7v7v7 will bear no liability in the following circumstances:

• If the gaming experience is disrupted due to technical errors, server outages or internet connectivity issues.
• If the account suffers loss due to the user's own negligence.

10 Dispute Resolution
